Custom Jewelry Designs
Designing a special piece for a client requires extra time & attention to detail. Custom jewelry designs are tailored specifically for the client & many hours go into creating a thoughtful piece of jewelry that can be adored for years to come. Each custom design is made to order & often is a slow & thoughtful process. Each design quote directly reflects the production time, complexity of the piece & material costs, while remaining fair with a jewelry quote, while it is important that you understand that custom designs often require extra hours above other creations in my shop. I’m currently only accepting custom creations starting at $300. Although I would love to take on every design request, my time is often limited & I prefer to work on special pieces that are designed with intention. How to hire me:
Read the information below & submit your design request, providing as much info as possible.
Once your design request is approved, pay the initial design fee of $150.
We’ll schedule our first design consult & start sketching designs.
Once the design & materials have been approved, you’ll receive a final quote.
Pay half of the remaining balance to begin the production process.
Your jewelry will be finished & final payment is due.
Your jewelry will be fully insured & shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
PRICING: Designing a special piece for a client requires extra time & attention to detail. The price for a custom creation will directly reflect the design & production time, complexity & material cost. It is my honor to remain fair with pricing, but please understand that it takes more hours to design something special when working with a client, & expect to invest in this loving creation. Custom designs start at $300.
PAYMENTS: To begin the design process, I do require an initial design fee of $150, which will go towards the payment of your custom creation. This amount is non-refundable & includes 2 30-minute consultations and 4 hours of design time (sufficient for most designs). After the 4 hours of design time, I may be hired for additional design work at $30/ hr. (Billed as needed).
TURNAROUND: You can expect the entire design process to take a couple months. I accept a limited number of custom designs per month, so it's best to plan ahead.
DETAILS: All sales are final. I take extra care to make sure your design is completed to the best of my abilities and that all specifications are met. Please browse my collections, as the aesthetic will be comparable to what you see on my website. You'll receive sketches and/or renders of your design before production begins. If anything is left unclear, please ask for clarification before I begin production. If you are unhappy with the outcome, we will work together & find a solution.
